Our patent pending business system uses the same level of security as most financial institutions. Only you will have access to your dual password protected site. Your bills are also password protected with the same level of security. Once you see the system operate, you will wonder why you didn’t switch sooner.

AllWriteUp does not want to become your accountant. In fact, most of our referrals come from accounting firms who don’t want to or are unable to provide these services. We are an outsourced accounting solution for your books. We do not want to replace your accounting firm. We want to help you get the most out of your accounting data. Whether it is to get reports to better manage your business, comply with filing requirements or assist your accounting firm in preparing your Company’s financial statements.

Once you decide to outsource your accounting to AllWriteUp, you will receive a password to log into our state of the art servers. You will open your QuickBooks™ data file directly from your computer, over the Internet. Once your password is accepted, you will be able to access your entire file, in real time. You can run reports, drill down to the detail of each transaction, prepare invoices to either print locally on your printer or to fax or email directly to your clients. Of course this is all available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is in addition to the weekly or monthly reports which are emailed to you, and if you request, your accounting firm.

AllWriteUp cannot help you here. If the volume permits, it may be cost effective to use a bank lock-box to receive your payments and eliminate those trips to the bank. As for the lunch, coffee and errands, you might be able to do that yourself with all the time you save using AllWriteUp’s service. If you really think about it, do you want a bookkeeper that makes coffee or does the books?

Probably a lot less than you think. After answering a few questions, our professionals will determine the amount of time involved to service your account. It is based on how many days per week you would require a highly skilled bookkeeper. We convert that into a monthly cost based on an average of $250 per day. You will see that for an average of $1,000 to $1,500 per month, your costs are less than what you are currently paying.
